[08/14/2002]   Such an eventful week - 21st birthday, end of summer classes, and four days of an insanely huge gaming convention that is leaving my hometown. Still lots of fun - let's just say sake is an...interesting drink. Seriously, Gen Con will be missed when it moves to Indianapolis (hence the title of the update). For those of you in close proximity to that city next August, I strongly urge you to stop by and check out a great time. Things change I guess.

Paws - I'm here! No, really, I am :P Though it doesn't seem like I'm around as much any more, I'm mostly doing a lot of the non-update behind the scenes work, trying to fix old updates, proofing reader reviews, doing the quiet stuff. I hope to play a much more active role =^^= A happy belated birthday to Paul, whom apparently is still trying to recover from his hangover...we sicced him with reviews to sober him up.

 Submission Booboos -  Word Count

The average staff review hits about 800-1000 words. It happens to fit the template nicely, too, come to think of it. While I've set a suggested total (700-1000), I'm going to be settling an official minimum. That will be 750 words. Anything less gets to be really terse or uncommunicative. While there's also no set cap, an 'unofficial' top of 2000 words will be set; this will allow for multi-game packages, such as Final Fantasy Anthology or Arc the Lad Collection.
