Koei Tecmo revealed European release dates for Atelier Escha & Logy Plus: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky and Nights of Azure at this week's MCM Comic Con in London. Atelier Escha & Logy Plus is set for release for PlayStation Vita on January 20, 2016, while Nights of Azure is scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 4 on April 1, 2016. North American release dates are not yet known, but past releases from the publisher have arrived in both regions within the same week.
Atelier Escha & Logy Plus is an enhanced version of the PlayStation 3 game originally released in North America and Europe in 2014. The Plus version expands upon the story and includes the downloadable content from the PlayStation 3 version of the game. Other additions to the port include stronger enemies, new character costumes, and the ability to recruit Ayesha's sister Nio to the party.
Nights of Azure, known in Japan as Yoru no Nai Kuni, is a new IP from developer Gust. The game is set in a world where humans fight against monstrous creatures known as Youma. The game features two main protagonists: the half-Youma Arnas who is fighting alongside the humans, and Loulitis, who is supposedly the destined Holy Child that will help vanquish the Youma. No mention has been made regarding a western release of Nights of Azure's PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions.
