Atlus, in this week's issue of Weekly Famitsu, announced that Yggdra Union: We'll Never Fight Alone is heading to the PSP. The PSP version of this cult classic RPG is not a complete remake but an update to the original title.
Starting things off, an all new three minute movie will welcome gamers upon beginning a new game. For returning players looking for some more added content, there is a new playable character along with some new scenarios. While map sprites will remain the same, battle sprites will be redrawn. The game will be reformatted for widescreen and feature full voice acting.
For those that missed the game back in 2006, Yggdra Union was a tactical RPG for the GBA. Atlus has yet to say if the title will make its way overseas, but Yggdra Union: We'll Never Fight Alone is due to release next year in Japan on January 24.
