Enix's upcoming RPG, Star Ocean 3, has hit a delay in its release for Japan. Apparently a glitch is at fault and Enix has decided to hold off on releasing the game. It was originally to be released November 28th in Japan with a second-half 2003 release for the United States. The new release date in Japan has been set for March of 2003 which will likely cause a delay in the release of the game in the United States.

This is the third installment of the Star Ocean series, developed by tri-Ace and published by Enix. Star Ocean 3 will be the first appearance of the Star Ocean series on the PlayStation 2.
