Could it be that US gamers will finally get their hands on Final Fantasy V, one of the most yearned for titles of all time? A news brief in the latest issue of PSM states that Square has indeed moved forward to release PlayStation versions of Final Fantasy IV and V in the US, during 1999.

    A Square EA spokesperson, while not revealing specific titles, did state that Square EA is planning to release 7 titles by the end of '99. By all accounts, 1999 is shaping up to be the year of Final Fantasy.
