NIS America hosted a panel during this week's Anime Expo 2017 in Los Angeles, where it made various announcements regarding upcoming RPGs. The first reveal was news that Experience Inc's Demon Gaze II will be coming to North America and Europe. The game, a sequel to the 2014 dungeon-crawler Demon Gaze, will be released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in fall 2017. A limited edition is available to pre-order from NIS America's online store for $59.99 on PlayStation 4, $49.99 on PlayStation Vita.
After this, the publisher announced that The Longest 5 Minutes, a game previously announced for release in the North America and Europe for PlayStation Vita and PC, will also be coming to Nintendo Switch. The game will be released for all three platforms sometime in 2018. A limited edition for Nintendo Switch is currently available to pre-order from NIS America's online store for $54.99.
In another new announcement, NIS America revealed that it will be releasing Penny-Punching Princess in North America and Europe. The game (previously referred to as The Princess Is Money-Hungry) will be released for PlayStation Vita and Nintendo Switch in North America on March 20, 2018 and in Europe on March 23, 2018. Penny-Punching Princess is billed as a capitalist RPG where players use their funds to defeat or otherwise assuage their enemies. A limited edition for Nintendo Switch is currently available to pre-order from NIS America's online store for $59.99.
NIS America also recently released a new trailer for the upcoming Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana. Ys VIII is set to be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC in North America on September 12, 2017 and in Europe on September 15, 2017.
