Square Enix is releasing another classic Final Fantasy title on PC, with Final Fantasy V set to be released on Steam on September 24, 2015. The game is priced at $15.99/£10.99/€14.49 and can be pre-purchased now, with all those who purchase the game before its release receiving a 10% discount.
The PC version of the game is based on the GBA release, featuring reworked graphics, updated controls, and an optimised active-time battle system. Also included is the Sealed Temple optional dungeon from the GBA version as well as a new optional boss named Enuo. Final Fantasy V was originally released for the Super Famicom in Japan in 1992. The game's PlayStation port was eventually released in North America and Europe in 1999 and 2002 respectively, with GBA, iOS, and Android versions also released later.
