NeoCore Games, the developer behind The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing, has a new game on the horizon, this time taking on a very different kind of hero. Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr will be a an action-RPG set in the popular board game universe created by Games Workshop, who is collaborating with the game's development. With the game, NeoCore Games is hoping to expand the genre, making one of the largest action-RPGs ever built.
In Inquisitor - Martyr, players take control of a member of the titular organization as the battle a secret war. Once the campaign has finished, play will continue in a sandboxed area of the galaxy where a gradual flow of content will be added to the game post-release. No further details were given but NeoCore Games has released a teaser trailer for the game, set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Mac in 2016.
