TopWare Interactive announced that Two Worlds II: Call of the Tenebrae will be released for PC, Mac, and Linux on May 25, 2017. Call of the Tenebrae is an expansion for the 2011 release Two Worlds II and will be available as DLC for $9.99, or as a stand-alone release for $14.99. A season pass will also be available that includes Call of the Tenebrae, access to the follow-up DLC Shattered Embrace (due in Q4 2017), two multiplayer map packs, in-game bonus items, a digital art book, a digital compedium, soundtrack downloads, and more.
Call of the Tenebrae should provide at least ten hours of content for players, who are tasked with investigating a decades-old mystery involving an ancient evil known as the Tenebrae. In addition to Call of the Tenebrae and Shattered Embrace, TopWare Interactive is also working on a third Two Worlds game, with more details on that to be revealed at a later date.
