Nintendo has announced the first two titles in the next generation of Pokémon games (that's Generation V if you're counting). Pokémon Black and Pokémon White are expected to release in Japan before the end of 2010.

More information about these upcoming Pokémon titles is likely to appear in the coming week on Japanese television and in gaming magazines. So far, the only known Pokémon in the fifth generation is the foxlike Zorua and its evolution Zoroark. There is some speculation that Pokémon Black and White will debut on the 3DS, but so far the official information simply says they will be for the Nintendo DS.
