Square Enix has officially announced the release of the PC version of its mobile title Mobius Final Fantasy. The game will be arriving on Steam on February 6, 2017. Along with the announcement came a trailer newly dubbed with English voiceovers. Players will also have the option to switch to Japanese audio with English subtitles. Other improvements made to the game are sixty frames per second gameplay plus widescreen and HD support. The title will also carry over a Cloud-centered crossover event, in anticipation of the upcoming Final Fantasy VII remake, which will allow characters to interact with Cloud through a unique side story.
Originally designed for mobile platforms, Mobius Final Fantasy follows Wol as he is brought to the world of Paramitia with no knowledge of how he arrived. He, along with several others, is tasked with fighting the forces of Chaos. The game is currently available to download for free with in-app purchases on iOS and Android.
