Digital Extreme's Sword Coast Legends, previously released on PC last October, is making its digital way to consoles, specifically the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Console owners can get their hands on the game through either the PlayStation Store or Xbox Marketplace for $19.99 sometime in Spring 2016.
Based on the 5th Edition of Dungeons and Dragons, Sword Coast Legends is a one-to-four player RPG where players take control of one of the remaining members of the adventurer's guild Burning Dawn. Players will create their own characters, but companions will also be available when short on participants. All the changes that have been added to the PC version of the game will be present on the console versions, including the community packs that add additional content such as the playable race drow, the ability to respec skill trees, more difficulty options, and a player stash.
Those who purchase the game will also receive the first planned DLC, Rage of the Demons, for free upon its release. Rage will feature fan-favorite Drizz't Do'Urden as a companion as well as add the Warlock class and Tiefling race to the game.
