Nintendo released a new trailer for its upcoming release of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, showcasing the new additions for the Wii U title. In addition to upgraded graphics and the previously-detailed amiibo functionality, Twilight Princess HD includes a new item called the Ghost Lantern. This latern glows when in the vicinity of a Poe (type of ghost), making that particular Poe-hunting quest easier.
The port also features new difficulty setting called Hero Mode. In this mode, Link takes double the usual damage and there are no heart drops. In addition, Rupees that would not fit in Link's wallet simply disappear rather than returning to the chest able to picked up later, though his wallet size is increased. The Wii U GamePad can be used to access the game's map and inventory, as well as providing another way for Link to turn into a wolf. The GamePad also supports off-screen play and Miiverse functionality.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is a port of the 2006 Wii and GameCube title. It releases exclusively on the Wii U in North America and Europe on March 4, 2016.
