Atlus USA has just revealed that all four of the upcoming Persona titles will be released in North America. Relevant to our coverage here at RPGamer are Persona 5, which is coming out in 2015, and Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, scheduled for fall 2014.
Details about Persona 5's story and characters remain tantalizingly out of reach, but we can now see the game's teaser video with English text. We'll simply have to wait for actual gameplay footage.
We know a fair bit more about Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth. It's a crossover game featuring the casts of Persona 3 and Persona 4 and the dungeon-crawling gameplay of an Etrian Odyssey title. The characters have been redesigned chibi-style for an extra dose of cuteness.
Both casts of characters are trapped in a nightmare dungeon version of Yasogami High, which should be pre-made instead of randomly-generated like modern Persona dungeons. However, the two casts will experience different plot lines, allowing for replay.
Although they are not covered on this site, interested fans will enjoy learning that Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is coming out this fall and Persona 4: Dancing All Night will arrive in 2015.
