Recently, the official site for Neverwinter Nights was updated once more. In this update, a deluge of information was unleashed.
The programming is coming along fine; area transitions and AI pathfinding are the items currently in the works. Also, the prerequisite annoying NPC has been added. The chat system's basic structure is complete, and the tools for art creation have been refined.
The design department spent the month working on the implementation plans. The plan for the first module are a daunting 35 single-spaced pages. Also, the programmers worked on spell lists and game effects.
Neverwinter Nights is currently slated for possible release in October, and more details should be released next month.
