Asheron's Call 2

Asheron's Call was easily one of the most popular of the MMORPGs of recent times (with really only Everquest surpassing it in popularity), and developer Turbine Entertainment is on track for another top-notch MMORPG. This time they turn their attention to a continually interesting game, whose pleasure won't die off quickly with time.

The world has been destroyed and it's up to those left over (that being you, the gamer) to bring it back to its former glory. This time players can be one of three races, Tumerok, human, or Lugian, and the world can evolve based upon the actions of the players within it. But the crowing glory for Asheron's Call 2 is its method of extending the game internally, that is, they can add new features, items, characters, monsters -- nearly anything they can imagine -- to the game without needing to release an expansion pack, as game engine is built for such additions. This will keep gamers interested as the world and everything in it will be constantly changing

This winter the quest to return the world to its former age begins, though it may be a long return, as Turbine Entertainment has made sure that MMORPGamers will keep interest in the game for a very long time by continually updating the very world the play in.
