PeaceUP
Final Fantasy VIII
Women of Fantasy

Hello dear readers! Obviously, my little plan didn't work out that well. I think I cannot, at this point, guarantee a column each week, let alone a precise and fixed day every time. Having one weekly is possible, though. I just need to work harder. Which I already do, and the proof lies in the fact that I haven't played anything since my last update. My classes, although very interesting, along with my paid contract, take so much energy from me I can hardly do anything else. I'm happy, though, because I've been waiting for this course for so long, and I would never turn down a paid animation contract. So, here are all three submissions I received in the past two weeks!

Featured this week is PeaceUP's Rinoa piece. I like the colors here very much, and the white background illuminates the character. The hints of purple and pink here and there remind the viewer of feathers, which they probably are, if looking at the one under the character. They could be petals possibly something else, but the one complete feather in the middle suggests the other objects are also feathers.

It's been a long time since we've had a 3D piece. Monochrome, this icy blue picture depicts Yuna swimming in a sea of weird bubbles. I like the angle, the perspective is looking good. The hand is well modeled, but the bubbles look rather out of place, like a collage.

Newcomer Danny ''Hynad'' Moulin rounds out this week of Final Fantasy females with his Final Fantasy VI piece titled The Awakening. Shown here is Terra, showing concentration. It looks just like the Dissidia design, and it is very well done. There is a good attention to detail here, and the colors are gorgeous. Welcome to fan art, Danny!

That is it for this week! There are no comics today, unfortunately. Make sure to send me some fan art! I need more submissions. If I don't receive any, I'll have to post my own stuff. I renamed the now playing section to 'now working on.' Most of you probably don't care much about it, but I thought it'd be fun. See you next time!
