Hello everyone! Welcome to Fan Art! No, I haven't been cooking anything recently, and I haven't received many submissions this week. I hope the next one will be different. Anyway, I picked up Space Invaders Extreme and it's quite fun. I finished getting mostly everything I wanted in The World Ends With You, so I'm nearly done with it, but I think I've had enough of the game... at least for a good month or two, while I'm waiting for something else to come out.

Fans of epic, full-colored pictures will be served this week as the main dish for today is a delicious submission from FS, portraying a fight between an Esper and a madman. I really like this one; Kefka looks imposing and menacing, while Terra looks light and full of hope. The light contrast is very interesting, and I like the light reflections, especially on Terra's left foot. The interaction between the characters is nicely done, and it supports the intention of the artist quite well. Wonderful piece. Please send more!

Boum sent in another portrait and this time, she wants you to have a look at Bart from Xenogears. I have never seen the original character, but he looks like a bad boy. I really like his smile. It is incredible how a curved line, as insignificant as it may look, suggests so much personality. This is the miracle of drawing, I say.
