Kudos to Capcom for taking the time to do things right. Chaos Legion plays like a dream, exhibiting no slowdown or problems during heavy action in lush environments. It's rather similar to Vagrant Story, with a few notable and extremely important differences. The battle system is much more basic, allowing easy grasp of how to move about and kick some butt. The areas also folow a very non-linear path.

The action RPG category seems to have been suffering for a while, neglected and abused, but this year we have promise of a revival. Not only does Chaos Legion demonstrate some amazing action, but the game has a very refined graphics style. The game simply screams "Look at me, I'm cool."
