Invitation Rejected: Donât Hate Me Because Iâm Beautiful

by The Freelancer

Well·I think the epithet explains it all, right? So, I will now commence my rebuttal against a rebuttal against a rebuttal. *clears throat*

You see, there are two ways to observe Final Fantasy VIII. Perspective One is ãThe Bashful Oneä. Perspective two is ãThe Defensive Oneä. I will explain my opinions on both.

ãThe Bashful Oneä is a commonly used viewpoint. Many people Iâve harangued with hate, and I mean hate Final Fantasy VIII. On Total RPG, there was an article about Squareâs success because of Final Fantasy VIII. One individual critiqued by saying ãIâm sorry I ever bought that piece of crap.ä Even though I may seem like the person whoâd declare that, I actually think that that is rather harsh. I know my last editorial had a ãkilling Final Fantasy VIII themeä, but I really donât hate it that much. I know that I made several tedious comments about Final Fantasy VIII that didnât make sense, and I apologize for that. My comment about ãno point in random battlesä was without thought, and I admit that that makes no sense whatsoever. It was late, anywhere.

After careful consideration, Iâve decided to put faith into the ãThe Defensive Oneä. Since I had not played Final Fantasy VIII for quite some time, Iâve decided to play it again. After this replaying, I have totally changed my viewpoint. Final Fantasy VIII is a chef d'oeuvre. After playing Final Fantasy VII for quite some time, I was beginning to get used to a complex story line. However, after playing Final Fantasy VIII for a second time, Iâve realized how a simple story line can be executed magnificently to form a great game. The love theme is presented with great grandeur, and the only reason I thought it was flimsy is because I was used to the excellent love theme presented in Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete. The scene were ãEyes on Meä plays is memorable. But all this is beside the point; Final Fantasy VIII is a remarkable game, and my conversion between viewpoints is just an example of how replaying a game is always a good thing.

As for Sidhe, give me a break. I am simply a beginner in this whole editorial business. I only started last week, and no one becomes a master writer in a week. Another thing ö the game was a gift. Another thing ö I enjoy love themes. I just thought that the love theme in Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete was a bit better. But honestly, thereâs no need for all of that.
