Editor's Comments:The good Mr. Willis returns to us with the next installment in his series of annotated tales of adventure, wherein the hero Tygar searches for the Sacred Booty. If there's ever a quest I can get behind... PDF file here!

Editor's Comments:Y'know, I envy the silent hero. He does it all, and he doesn't have to say a word. And silent heroes are paired up with some of the best womens, like Nina (especially Ninas 3 and 4). C'mon, you know Ryu is all over that the second people stop trying to kill him. ^^

Editor's Comments:Behold the end of the universe, folks. You see a Starbuck's, you turn around, AND THERE'S ANOTHER STARBUCK'S! Now replace Starbuck's with Victoria's Secret. Some people just should not be city planners, in or out of a video game.

Editor's Comments:Because it bears repeating. And because some darn kids don't know the tale of Sir Leeroy Jenkins, those darn kids and their rap music, and their Etch-a-Sketch, and their 90210.

Editor's Words

Come on, baby, don't fear the Reaper! He's cool! See, he brought pork rinds and everything! Baby?

This time around, Angel brings us an analysis of the oft-maligned-yet-often-loveable silent hero. Is it just me, or does BoF's Ryu really got it goin' on? Also, Tyler Willis brings us around to the next chapter of You Can't Do That In RPGs and the continuing adventures of the charming, yet misguided Tygar, who will claim that booty in the name of France. And lastly, Carmine returns with an editorial about the dangers of Second Life, and why it's not always a good idea to give players control over a city in an MMOG. Now granted, people behaving oddly is part and parcel of the MMO experience, but still...

Not much happenin' this week. School windin' down, year windin' down... just a few more things to take care of and Uncle Karl moves out of his apartment and away from Illinois State University. It's been an interesting 2 and 1/2 years, filled with Reds, Blues, highs, lows, catgirls and pouncings, Commie sympathizers and secret Nazis. I didn't enjoy every minute of it, but dammit it was a good 2 and 1/2 years. I mean, apart from losing my first apartment due to leasing complications. And my car having repeated engine trouble. And idiot frat boys who reenacted their favorite scenes from Fight Club outside my apartment. And FedEx being unable to find the address printed on the damn box. And then there was that guy with the monkey, and the viral outbreak, and some guy called me Todd. But it was a good year.

In conclusion: Yukari is hot. I HAVE SPOKEN!
