Ok, I lie a step. There's a whole bunch of Chrono Cross spoilers. Not to mention an editorial about spoilers. I think the title's self explanatory really.... You're going to see responses on previous editorials, Final Fantasy 9 and Chrono Cross, what people think about the guides and of course an editorial on spoilers.
Well, this would be the first editorial update which is based on a few themes. If you don't see yours here, and I've accepted it, don't fret. It will go up next week. If the avalanche continues, I might seriously start considering to update more frequently, so I can keep up with the influx. And I thought the Christmas holidays and RPG release mayhem would keep you busy... silly me.
There are a few things I would like to mention editorial-wise. Firstly, I won't accept any more than two editorials on opposing sides [ie. The original, two for it and two against] unless you can throw something completely new into the picture. Just so we don't run over old ground too much.
Another thing is that I can't accept submissions in .doc for the one reason I stated in the guidelines... To do this update, I had to jump on someone else's computer, and that computer used a Corel word processing program. Meaning that I couldn't have a hope of reading the stuff. I had several sent, and it's disappointing to see material slide by like that. Could I ask you to please save it as .txt, .html or just paste it in the middle of the e-mail?
In a different light, the good news is that construction on the rest of the archives has started. I suspect that I'll see the archives by author complete by the end of the year, and the topical archive soon after. I'd like to thank the people who volunteered to help me... they'll be officially recognised when the sections they're working on get completed.
In any case, I have to do some shopping, some organising of a special event, some installation supervision and some writing. I still can't quite believe you guys write that much....
Then again, I'm out until March. I think I can keep up with this pace... can you?
P.S: I couldn't think of a quote this week to fit the theme. Sorry about that.
