Mind Blowing Triangle
by Siddarta Jairam
"An RPG can have blowing mind like plot twist and graphics to boot. With a usually long playtime you are attached to the characters like glue and leave this world to fight in their world."
Designers Versus Developers
by Philip Bloom
"It's really interesting to consider though how much these two philosophies tend to clash in game development, at least on the amateur levels. The distinction between the two philosophies really makes so many arguments over game design fall nicely into a clear separation of how the people think games should be made."

Week two. Two Editorials. Anyone care to place a bet we keep up this growth rate? Week Ten, Ten Editorials? Folks, can we make it happen? Anyhow, today we got for you my own delightful ramblings over two commonly occuring philosophies in game design and Siddarta's heartfelt discussion over a few mediums of entertainment that really reach out and touch him. As far as the Editorials staff scene goes, we'll be seeing some additions from our new staff writers next week and we are still on the look out for the last member of the Editorials team. Care to help out? Send me an e-mail.
Also, come drop by #edscorner@irc.esper.net! We're trying to build the place up and there's a lively crew of scalawags, philosophers, writers, and even some mad guy wearing a red hat who likes to stab people. Drop by. Say hi! Tell me how much I've wrecked the section. We'd love to see you.
