A New Way to be Schooled Mike Moehnke

Editorial Excerpt:

"Quest to Learn is taking a risky road, considering that mainstream media and popular politicians are still more comfortable demonizing video games instead of accepting them."

Enchantment Sam Marchello

Editorial Excerpt:

"Ninokuni is one of those games I eagerly anticipate. After watching the trailer numerous times, I found myself emotional, attempting to piece together what I could understand of the story."

From the Editor's Desk

Flower, Sun and Rain is the weirdest game I've ever encountered. It's not a bad game, as the story is fairly intriguing, but the controls are incredibly sloppy. I have another Suda51 game in my backlog yet to be played called Contact which I've heard mixed reviews about. What are your thoughts on Suda51 games? Good, bad? Too ambitious? Not ambitious enough? Discuss in the forums! Also, I feel so alone that no one else has played Flower, Sun, and Rain. It's so weird!

This week in editorials-land we have pieces from myself and JuMeSyn. I discuss my initial impressions of Ninokuni, while Jumes discusses...*sigh*...politics. LAME. Just kidding, Jumes. Actually, his piece is really interesting, and I recommend it. Poor video games.

Unfortunately, I'm still not feeling a hundred percent. Hopefully next week I'll be feeling better. Stay tuned!
