From the Editor's Desk

As we try out our new style once more, thankfully we have a great set of editorials to go with it. Things are still flexible for change, so if anyone has any other ideas for upgrades, please do share them with me. For now, on to the editorials.

Prolific fan reviewer Jeremy Michael Gallen brings us his first of what will hopefully be many editorials. This one focuses on simple things that all RPGs should have. The world would be a much better place with just these few changes. Shawn returns to us again with an interesting discussion on the active-time-battle system. Sarah is back again and this time she's hitting us with some more turn-based vs. real-time debate. Finally, we have JuMeSyn again with his thoughts on video games and whether or not they are art.

This bunch should make for hours of message board discussion, so make sure you come talk about them with us. If you feel so inclined, we've love to see a rebuttal or two from you. A contest is still underway, so stay tuned for more details. As always, just send your editorials here. We'll make sure that they find a good home.
