Singing is About Sexual Confidence August 12, 2009
Past Updates: 08.05.09 | 07.29.09 | 07.22.09
What's Missing? Michael Cunningham

Editorial Excerpt:

"There are lots of dungeon crawlers and hack-and-slash RPGs as well, so it looks like everything is covered, but what's missing? We have a severe lack of western RPGs on portable systems."

Motivate Me Sam Marchello

Editorial Excerpt:

"After a stressful final year of classes that culminated in graduation, and all that good stuff, I finally remember what it’s like to have free time again. Except that in gaining this free time, I've somehow managed to lose my motivation to do many things."

From the Editor's Desk

Singing is something I love to do even though I'm not very good at it. Run to the Sun comes to mind when I think about all the car rides and loud singing that went on as we drove from place to place. Considering the number of awesome sing-alongs, I can safely say that we were a crew full of "sexual confidence" as the great Hawksley Workman once said. Just sayin'.

Damn Persona 4! It's shorter than Persona 3 but it feels like it's taking me longer to complete it. I'm working on getting the True Ending, I know I'm almost there too. Besides, I still haven't gotten my Christmas date yet! To shift gears, I'm also still working on Jeanne D'Arc and I've finally entered chapter seven. Hopefully I can put that game to rest next. I'm also anticipating a review copy for a game, which I don't know if I can discuss at all. Hint: It's not a Harvest Moon game.

Thankfully the editorial load has slowed down for this week. I only have two editorials, one from Macstorm and the other from myself. Macstorm poses the question of why there is a lack of WRPGs on portables, while I chime in to discuss my lack of motivation. Yes, believe it or not, despite what a busy lady I am here at RPGamer, I do lack motivation sometimes. Big shock, I know.

Anyway, hopefully you guys enjoy these pieces. While you're reading them, I'm going to try and finish that monster known as Persona 4.
