The editorial column is back again this week with some more opinionated RPGamer goodness. I have spent the last week loving, but trudging my way through the difficult maps in FE: Radiant Dawn. I must say when I heard about the Battle Save feature I was initially disgusted by what I thought would completely wreck the importance of strategic thought in the game. After about ten hours spent playing it however, I've found it to be almost a necessity. It is nice to not have to worry about getting all the way through a battle and then have a vital character killed off by the boss. And by using it sparingly I haven't found it too detrimental to the game.
This week we have a nice editorial about the advent of sleep modes by Mr. Tito Paul, and another by myself, concerning the idea of a world with just one console. As always, we at the editorial section ask for fan participation. Whatever random thoughts might be rolling around in those brains of yours, we want to hear them. Also, since I seem to suck at coming up with column titles--I watched a lot of Battlestar Galactica this week--I'd love to hear from people. Send me a line if you have any suggestions, the more random the better!
