I love all of you. I can't believe the massive influx of editorials that I've been receiving. You are all great. That's not just to this week's writers, but those who have editorials in the inbox that will be going up next week. There is always tons of discussion on the forums, so the next time you write up a massive post, stop before you submit and think of the inbox. It is so lonely without your submissions. I know it gives you that instant gratification, but doesn't it just leave you hollow in the long run?
Joe starts us off with his first offering, and it will have you thinking. He challenges us to use our imagination to think of a world that has RPGs with more focus on depth and less on graphics. JuMeSyn supports the death penalty, at least in RPGs. His latest editorial discusses the finer points of killing off characters. Nick returns to us again with some discussion on why we should enjoy this lag in RPG releases. He claims that there are other things to do during the off season. Finally, Dallas tries to protect the environment by touting the advantages of hybrids. Hybrid RPGs, that is. A very nice batch for this week, so make sure you give them all a read.
Well, another one bites the dust as I wrap up the last column for April. I want to end this with a challenge. To anyone that is reading this part, I challenge you to write an editorial. Just send it in to editor@rpgamer.com. If you click the above link, you'll automatically have the word "editorials" in the title, so it shouldn't get canned with the rest of the spam we get. You don't want to be left out. All of your friends are doing it, so why don't you just give it a try? Ok, enough from me, go read these editorials and write some rebuttals.
