Here's how my week went. I started baking some more cookies for our next rebuttal winner when I got a knock at the door. I open it to see my boss standing there with a pink slip in his hand. He told me that he was thankful for me filling in while our former editor had gone missing, but it was time for a change. Upper management had done some research and they had hired a brand new editorials curator. It was at that time that Steve the Monkey tore into the office and started "reorganizing" things. By that, I mean he started off by eating the plate of cookie dough that I had just set out and then knocked over the water cooler. Yes, this was the new editor.
I was told that I was just to be a lowly editorialist again and that Steve would be working through his training period with my help. In monkey language, that means I do all the work while he eats bananas, flings poo, and takes all the glory. As I sit here picking banana out of my hair, I'm beginning to think that things might not ever be the same. So I put this ultimatum to my boss: either the monkey goes or I go. He said if I could get four really good editorials by next week, I could have the curator job. While that was never my plan, I'd rather have the stupid monkey out of my life, so please help and send in editorials. Maybe things will be back to normal by next week. As always, editor@rpgamer.com is where you should send them. Thanks and please help me!
Steve wanted to say a few words, so this last part is all him. PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!aksdjfhkaj shdfjklahlsdkfjhlajksdhlfjkh akjsdhfklajsdhltkjhal asjkdfh kla jsdhfljkashdiuafysui nni3cujn4 uhedhfkl ajsdhfkuha dsjhy 9p8aw4y 5jh aksdjh lkajhr9 BANANA!
