Another week, another column. A lot of stuff hasn't changed since our last meeting, so unfortunately, I do not have a story of the week. More like an appropriate story of the week. Despite my busy schedule, I did manage to fit some gaming into my week. I got my copy of Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume, and after playing the game for roughly ten hours, I can easily say this is the weakest Valkyrie Profile game to date, and that Glenn's review is pretty accurate in describing everything that is remotely wrong with this game. While I am having fun with it, my inner fangirl isn't, and it's mostly because the plot just isn't drawing me in the way I hoped it would. I really want to love this game, so maybe the ending will be redeeming. Outside of VP: CotP, I've been playing Shadow Hearts: Covenant, and I'm having a blast. I just got to some really kinky stuff in the game, and I'm pretty sure my brain nearly exploded.
We have two editorials this week. My editorial this week was inspired by a conversation I had with former staff member, Oliver Motok. Oddly enough, his recent editorial over at Lusipurr.com was also inspired by the same conversation. If you notice any similarities about the pieces, this is why. Still, it's a rather funny coincidence that it happened! JuMeSyn chimes in this week with an investigative look at the Mana series and his desire to see Seiken Densetsu 3 remade.
Any way, I've hit a dry spell, so please submit, submit, submit. Also, you have one more week to submit for the April Fool's column. Suggestions and details can be seen here. Happy Wednesday!
