  Editorials for  January 18, 2001
  That's around 80 points!

Hi there, all. I'm TSG, and I'm hosting this week, having just skipped across from Fanfics to talk to you this week. For personal stats, about all you need to know is that I'm English, and I'm thus miserable, and prone to sudden outbursts of tea. No, not really. I'm actually a fairly nice guy, albeit very prone to /very/ sudden outbursts of Pepsi. I'm also the second judge for the editorials competition, and quite looking forward to see all your lovely entries. I've read the editorials section for a long while (a year or two by now) and it's great to be able to take such an active part.

Speaking of which, don't forget to get your submissions for the competition in. The rules are right there for the reading - and don't forget to read, too, lest we growl and look threatening at you. Believe me, my hair's scary when I'm sleepy. If you've any questions whatsoever on the competition rules, then logon to IRC, point your IRC client to irc.esper.net and join #edscorner (If you're unsure on how, read the IRC FAQ on the sidebar). There, you'll generally be likely to find either myself or Mistress Nightshadow to answer your questions. Also, it's just a little point, but please do remember to title your editorials for the competition. That way it's much less likely to get lost or attributed to the wrong writer.

As for the editorials today, we have the requisite New School and Old School editorials, along with the expected discussions on Final Fantasy VII's ending, rounded off with some gentle comments about looking before you leap. Also for your perusal, four brand shiny new competition editorials for you to look at. Have fun reading, and make sure you write more to Mistress Nightshadow for next week!

PS: Just a quick reminder from MN: Remember to send all editorials to nightshadow@rpgamer.com? If you want to comment on TSG's work though, be my guest. He's a nice helper. And remember the closing date on the eds is Midnight Feburary 8th. Have fun!

Also the Author Archives are coming along quite well with someone nice enough to volunteer. and should hopefully be up in a few weeks. That's for all those curious.
