Howdy RPGamers! So as you might have guessed by the snazzy title of this weekend's column, something miraculous has happened. I finally got Final Fantasy XII! Considering everyone I know has beaten the game to death by now, it puts me way behind the curve. But I've gotten it at last, and I love it. I haven't had as much time to play as I'd like, but so far I'm happy both with the game itself and the direction Square seems to be taking with the series. It's quick to learn, and fun and easy. It's nice to see an RPG that's engaging for hardcore players like myself, as well as newcomers that are less used to the genre. It's one of the most user-friendly RPGs I've met, and that's never a bad thing.
Less miraculous, though no less wonderful, are this week's editorials! Michael's got a little dissertation on the idea of a Job System. Is it all it's cracked up to be? And JumeSyn has yet another unusual premise for an RPG on the plate. Just where does he get them all?
So what about you? Have an opinion, thought, or issue with a game or gaming system? Want your voice to be heard? Email me at Editor@RPGamer.com and share your thoughts with the rest of the class! Until then readers, see you next week!
