Well, what can I say? We're in 2001, and we're still alive. What ELSE could I say really? It's been a pretty eventful week, with the new year and all, but nothing's really changed... yet.

Well, it seems that people decided to send a few presents, they all gave me something to read while I was kinda busy. This week someone was game enough to point out that I might not be right. [Yes, I DO take rebuttals for my eds, with the standard rules applying. I know I'm not always right, and if someone can explain to me why, I'm definitely going to listen.] There is also a somewhat interesting ed about the possible [if unlikely] future, and our year in review. We have a reflection on FFVII, a defense of "Let's play Sense Making Game." and also an interesting investigation into a small but nevertheless unknown mystery. With a little speculation on the incoming movie, and a little reflection on Lunar, I think we have this week wrapped up. Of course we have people pointing out the other guy's wrong, or at least misguided, but that's always been the case.

Concerning the archives, it seems that we had to drop our current helpers because of life preventing them from turning up, so things have stalled a little bit. Fortunately, I have a new volunteer to help me here. The Author Archives will be there eventually... [I keep saying it, don't I?]

It seems that most of you guys are heading back to classes of some sort or another... I envy those who get another week... although I have another seven or so... I shouldn't be talking, should I? In any case have fun reading up on the eds this week, and let's see what I can come up with for next week.
