What's she Talking About?

by Colin Moriarty

This editorial is mainly writen to combat was was said in Kendra-K's editorial called "Which System is Better?" I got extremly angry when I read her biased and poorly writen editorial, and I'll explain why.

She has the nerve to give Sony worse ratings than Sega... which could be understandable... because Sega is a great company... but worse ratings than NINTENDO? That's probably the craziest thing I've heard since the time I heard the Atari 2600 was coming back out!

Why does this make me so angry? Because of one reason: sales. If Nintendo's marketing, games, and system overall were so much better than Sony and Sega, then why the hell would their sales be so low!? Recently I've heard rumors that 25 Playstations are sold to every 1 N64 unit, and 4 Saturn's to every 1 N64 unit.

Why is this? Because of several reasons. First of all, Nintendo has no good licenses. They don't have Squaresoft, they don't have Electronic Arts, they don't have Enix, they don't have Working Designs... I mean... I could go on for hours! Sega does better than Nintendo64 for the same reasons... and Sega makes kick ass games on their own... so licencing isn't a factor.

Nintendo, on the other hand, has those TOP NOTCH games like Quest64 and Super Mario World... (sense my sarcasm?). Zelda64 wasn't a good game either... I've played it... and the only near decent game for that system in GoldenEye.

Anyway, I'd like to close my editorial by saying that whatever her name's editorial was unresearched and very biased. Mine can't be biased... I own nearly every system (including N64, Saturn, and Playstation), but I simply speak the truth, and nothing more.
