Okay, I'll admit it. I'm only an angel when I'm sleeping.

I started off at this site as an editorialist back in November of 2005. I soon found myself running the editorials department, which I did for a long time before requesting a transfer to the RPGamer content department. For awhile, I was a regular ol' content monkey and, again, found myself running the department. I came, I saw, and now I've moved on. Right now, I am RPGamer's graphics person. I'm the one that designed most of those pretty buttons you see on index under "Latest Features" on your way to the poll.
I'm turning twenty-one this year, and while I'm looking forward to it, I feel like I'm growing up way too fast. I have less and less time for gaming and more and more demand that I get that fabled "real life" in order. Currently, I am a student at the University of Wisconsin-Stout which has been recently designated Wisconsin's Polytechnic University. The name is long, but the campus is relatively small compared to others. I love it at Stout and am glad I made the decision to go there. I am working toward my Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Communications Management to supplement my Technical Associate's Degree in Printing and Publishing with a concentration in prepress. I find it funny that I chose the degrees with the really long names.
When I actually have free time, I find myself playing or replaying RPGs, reading tons of books, and occasionally writing a few ideas of my own which I hope to one day turn into a novel of some sort. At this point, it is wishful thinking, but ah well.
I started gaming at the ripe young age of three or four. I honestly couldn't tell you when, since I can't remember that far back, but I do know that my parents had an Atari and an NES when I first started gaming. I fell in love with RPGs when I played the classics such as Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana. My first experience with Final Fantasy did not come until Final Fantasy VII, which to this day I have a severely hard time picking up (thought I was going to say it was my favorite, didn't you?). I have found myself more in love with its predecessor, Final Fantasy VI, even though I played the bad version of the game first (the PSX port).
While I am not the biggest fan of the Zelda series, my mom is. We own every game except for the original NES games and a couple of the handhelds. And by every game, I mean both versions of Twilight Princess as well as the Master Quest edition of OoT. We like to play through the same game at the same time to see who can get to the end first and with the most stuff. It is always fun watching each other play and harassing or helping one another.
I am occasionally in #rpgamer if you want to chat, but you're more likely to hit me up in #edscorner. I'm also always lurking on the forums, though I don't post very often unless I feel it is necessary.
