Yes, my name is still Ian Charles Eller, as you can hopefully see (if you cannot, I suggest you leave). I will be attending the DigiPen Institute of Technology in the fall, where I plan to totally change the world of videogaming as we know it! Ahh, youthful idealism at its gravest...but I digress.

"Who am I?" you might be asking? Well, if you're asking that question, I can't help. But if you ask, "Who is Ian?" I can definitely assist you. I am the sort of guy who would succeed in getting forcibly removed from his valedictorianship because the school's teachers wouldn't want him speaking in front of a crowd. Ever. It's true! I was also severly reprimanded for doing a cartwheel at the awards ceremony for the Big Northern Mathletes' Competition. And so on, and so on. So, yes, I'm an opinionated, outspoken, unforgiving individualist.

But enough about me. Who cares anyway, right? Certainly not you, and probably not me either. So, what do I do here at RPGamer? I am the self-dubbed Mater of the Universe! Oh, yeah, and I'm lovely Ms. Cara Lee Haslam's temporary co-worker. And, despite the wide assortment of whackos I work with, I actually really enjoy being here; it's fun, crazy, and sometimes exciting! Speaking of exciting, aside from my title as "Mater of the Universe," I suppose I deserve to be renowned as the "Resident Trouble-Maker." I don't do it intentionally, but I still tend to...goof things up. Let's say that, oh, Murphy's law loves me.

"But Ian, why are you a gamer?! Gaming goes against the societal norm of cool!" Indeed it does. But Ian has never been cool. Never. One of my first memories is of watching my father play The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, the second greatest Zelda title of all time. From that moment, I was hooked. However, my young age and lack of gaming knowledge at that time led me to miss many of the greater titles of that age, which is probably why my "Favorite Games" list looks a bit different than most people's. But, who knows? Maybe Chrono Trigger wasn't all it's cracked up to be?

Aside from being a gamer, I am a writer, musician, and full-time lover. My girlfriend is the most amazing woman on the entire planet, and I intend to get married as soon as possible, and there's nothing any of you can do about that. So :P on your faces.
