Bah, fine. You happy now?

   Well, I wandered here around December 2003 and almost immediately noticed the reviews section. I also quickly noticed that they accepted reader reviews too, and after some thought, decided to write a few as part of my New Year's Resolutions. Anyway, here I am, over one hundred reviews later, writing as a staff reviewer. How did that happen? I'm not exactly sure myself, but I'm not complaining ^^.

   At the beginning of September 2004, I started helping out with the Points of View updates as well. A few days later, I found myself doing solo updates in order to give the rest of the over-worked PoV staff a break and was eventually officially promoted to curator a while after Zack/ASV became Head of Interaction and Amish fully switched to PR.

   Time passed, July 2005 came, and Zack/ASV, the previous Head of Interaction, switched roles to become our Business Manager. Once again chosen to follow in his footsteps, I became the new Head of Interaction. I can't say it was my favorite job, but it felt good to help out. I didn't give up my other, more fun positions though, so I continued to write reviews and update PoV.

   Near the end of February 2007, I decided to step down as Head of Interaction to focus on the jobs I enjoyed more.

   As for who I am personally, well, I like to be a bit mysterious. I was a bit sad when I had to give up my secret identity to be a staff reviewer, but it was worth it ^^.

   Very well, I'll tell you a bit about myself. I'm a latecomer to the genre. My first RPG was Super Mario RPG which came out very near the end of the SNES era. RPGs quickly became my favorite genre after that, and I've certainly made up for lost time. I'm a Computer Science major and thus spend a good chunck of my time in my room on my trusty computer. Everything I've mentioned so far and all those things on the table to your right are about all you're going to get out of me unless you talk to me on the IRC, though. Keep in mind I prefer to be called Roku over my real name in (almost) all circumstances ^^.
