What an odd thing to call a hookshot...

i know this may sound stupid but... where do i find the bow and arrow? And i can not seem to find the metal arrow that is attached to my hand with a chain. ( if that makes sense)

Bow's in the forest, hookshot's in the Graveyard, and then upgraded in the water temple. Both are easy enough to find if I recall.

I was reading the Reveiw on Star Ocean 3, and notice something. On the main Star Ocean 3 page it said it was coming out in Feb 2004 in the USA.

Then I was reading the preview for it and saw it was coming out in june 2004 in the USA.

Was it talking about the Directers cut or the final cut?
